Jennifer Peralta-Ajemian is shaping culture through storytelling and innovation. As Creative Lead of the JPA Group, Jennifer brings a values-first approach to building a multidisciplinary company rooted in equity, expression, and excellence. Her vision remains clear: to center humanity in every decision — from talent curation and creative strategy, to social change.

Raised in a multicultural environment that celebrated both leadership and the arts, Jennifer cultivated a global vision shaped by an artistic perspective. With a background as a ballet dancer and over a decade assisting top talent agents and veteran casting directors, she recognized early on the need for more authenticity and inclusion across multiple industries.

In 2014, she founded Jennifer Ajemian Casting to champion historically underestimated voices for screens of all sizes. Her casting work has been recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Austin Film Festival, Tribeca, SXSW, the New York Emmys, and others.

In 2025, Jennifer launched JPA Group to expand her vision into a broader creative and strategic enterprise rooted in the values of journey, purpose, and authenticity. Today, the company includes JPA Casting and JPA Creative — two divisions working to reimagine narrative, amplify visibility, and reshape the visual storytelling landscape. The company partners with filmmakers, brands, and cultural leaders to build stories, systems, and companies that reflect truth, spark connection, and drive meaningful change.

She has shared her expertise on industry panels hosted by Black Film Space, Glass Elevator, Film Fatales, and the Globescreen Conference, and as a guest on podcasts like The Purpose Made and Represent Now, discussing authenticity, representation, and an infinite mindset.

Outside of entertainment, Jennifer played a crucial role in the launch of the international educational firm CATES, where she served as General Manager and remains a part-owner. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Dance with a Minor in Journalism from Marymount Manhattan College and brings both artistic depth and strategic clarity to every project she helms.
